Agreement to terms

By accessing PathTru Floristry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use our services.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and notify us of changes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

License to use courses

When you purchase a course, we grant you a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, share, or publicly broadcast course materials.

Intellectual property

All content including text, templates, and course materials is owned by PathTru Floristry or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security.
• No posting unlawful, harassing, or infringing content in community spaces.
• No misuse of brand assets without permission.

Payments & refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Where a refund policy applies, it will be stated on the course page. We may refuse refunds if a significant portion of a course has been consumed.

Third‑party services

Some functionality (e.g., payments) may rely on third‑party providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.

Disclaimers

We provide educational content without guarantees of specific business outcomes. Results depend on your skill, market, and effort.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathTru Floristry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
